Cifarelli Group is a real estate firm located on the east end of Long Island New York. As part of Prudential DouglasElliman, they must stay within specific branding restrictions. KS Design worked with Prudential to ensure the brand was within the guidelines provided.

The color palette was introduced by KS Design and utilized throughout the marketing materials to keep consistency. The style is modern, clean, rural, hip and colorful. It utilizes great photography that has been enhanced using software to "warm" the imagery, giving it an inviting feel. When KS Design began working with Cifarelli Group, we were working nearly from scratch. We had a logo that was low resolution and flattened. We recreated the logo as vector art, set up Network Storage throughout the office, created templates that were easily editable by the office staff, trained the staff on how to use the Prudential eblasting software (eCards) and worked with the eCards vendor to create a email campaign templates that were easy to configure. We created templates for all of the mailing materials, flyers, forms, and open houses and worked with print vendors to increase the quality of the printed materials while drastically reducing costs.
